NCW Energy-saving and Low Heat Dissipation

Our proprietary process featuring an uncut core wound on a coil bobbin, coupled with the use of grain-oriented silicon steel strips, slashes energy losses while saving on operating and energy-saving costs and trimming heat dissipation.

NCW Compact and Lightweight

Our exclusive coil bobbin and iron core structure has created an NCW transformer far smaller and lighter than an El transformer.

NCW Leveraging NEW Iron Core Performance

An iron core wound on a coil makes for a uniform core net cross-sectional area. A shorter magnetic path would also help fully exploit the iron core performance of a grain-oriented silicon steel strip

NCW Iron Cores without Cuts and Gaps

An uncut iron core structure features such simple geometry that it eliminates all cut surfaces or gaps in the core, reducing both leakage flux and the scope for noise and vibration.

NCW Use of Bobbin Coils

Because the core winding part of the coil bobbin has curvature equal to the inside diameter of the core, the core can be wound without impairing the core characteristics. The single-piece finish of the coil bobbin and core also ensure high explosion-proof performance and dimensional accuracy.
